Why?
The enemy is always going to have weapons that out-gun us
(Red Saber just doesn't have the funding to provide or recieve good weaponry)
If the enemy has the same doctrine and tactical measures we have then we are at a HUGE disadvantage. The enemy will know what to expect from us
(we will know what to expect from them too but like I said they out-gun us)
